Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Liquor(liquor of your choice)

60   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

15   ml   Sandeman Port Wine

1  dash   Simple Syrup(2 sugar>1 water)


Glass         Highball

Method      Pour and Stir



In a chilled highball glass with crushed ice;  combine all ingredients; Except port wine; Stir well; top with port wine.

Garnish      Twist of Lemon Peel
