30 ml Myers's Dark Rum
90 ml Del Monte Pineapple Juice
60 ml Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
30 ml Pomegranate (Grenadine) Syrup
Glass Poco Grande
In a blender, combine all ingredients with the crushed ice, except grenadine syrup; Blend well at high speed pour into a chilled poco grande glass. Trickle the grenadine syrup down the inside of the glass.
