30   ml   Simple Syrup (2 sugar >1 water)

90   ml   Covino Champagne

8   pcs   Fresh Raspberries Fruits

Method      Blend

 

Mixture

In a blender; Blend fresh raspberries with  simple syrup pour and into a chilled champagne flute; Fill up with chilled covino champagne

Garnish      Red Cherry
